What is E-learning?

 

It consists of education and training through the Internet. This type of online teaching allows the user to interact with the material through the use of various computer tools.

This new educational concept is a revolutionary training modality made possible by the Internet, and which today is positioned as the predominant form of training in the future. This system has transformed education, opening doors to individual and organizational learning. That is why today it is occupying an increasingly prominent and recognized place within business and educational organizations.

The terme-learning is the simplification of Electronic Learning. It brings together the different technologies, and the pedagogical aspects of teaching and learning.

Thee-learningIt basically includes the following aspects:

​

  • The pedagogical, referring to Educational Technology as a discipline of educational sciences, linked to technological means, educational psychology and didactics. 

​

  • The technological one, referring to Information and Communication Technology, through the selection, design, customization, implementation, accommodation and maintenance of solutions where proprietary and open source technologies are integrated (Open Source).

 

At first glance, the technological components are the most tangible and the most significant example is the platforms ofe-learning or LMS (Learning Management Systems); systems that allow the administration and control of the administrative aspects of training, among other functions.

Regulatory Aspects:

​Risk Group ® Risk Group Institute, which aims to provide specialized training opportunities to complement, update, perfect, renew or deepen knowledge, skills, techniques and practices; on issues related to criminal investigation, evidentiary law, risk management, corporate intelligence security, expert polygraphy and in general all knowledge that contributes to a scientific investigation.

Decree Law 2150 of 1994 (Article 47) 

​

Article 47. Special requirements. . As of the validity of this Decree, the person who wants to open a commercial establishment, simply meets the following requirements:

 

1. Comply with all regulations regarding land use, hearing intensity, hours, location anddesignationissued by the competent entity of the respective municipality.

 

2. Comply with the sanitary and environmental conditions as the case may be described by law.

 

3. Comply with current safety regulations.

 

4. Cancel the copyrights provided for in the Law, if musical works causing such payments are performed in the establishment.

 

5. Obtain and maintain current commercial registration, in the case of commercial establishments.

 

6. Cancel district and municipal taxes.

5.8. INFORMAL EDUCATION. The informal education offer aims to provide opportunities to complement, update, perfect, renew or deepen knowledge, skills, techniques and practices. Those courses that last less than one hundred and sixty (160) hours are part of this educational offer. Its organization, offer and development do not require registration by the secretary of education of the certified territorial entity and will only lead to the issuance of a certificate of attendance. For their offer, they must comply with the provisions of article 47 of Decree Law 2150 of 1995. Any promotion that is carried out, with respect to this modality, must clearly indicate that it is informal education and that it does not lead to any title or certificate of occupational aptitude .
