Risk Group® is a trademark with Registration 510984 granted by Concession Resolution 3835 of February 3, 2015 in the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, owned by the company Risk Group International SAS NIT 900414957-5 Created by means of a private document, registered in the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín for Antioquia on February 17, 2011, in Book IX, under number 2549.
Risk Group® has been operating continuously since December 3, 2003 with a reputational growth in the market that has allowed it to remain for more than two decades, initially it operated under the name as a business establishment owned by its founder Juan Carlos Echeverri Garcés in that time it was known as Risk Group Private Security and/or Risk Group Consulting; the company evolved unifying the operation in Risk Group International SAS and/or Risk Group SAS.
The Social Purpose of Risk Group® is to provide "Strategic Consulting" which is defined as accompaniment to corporate governance in actions of strategic anticipation of risks that may impact a company's reputational, patrimonial, operational and legal; It is served from different business objects or brands that have generated a high level of recognition in the market.
