The Ethics Line service is a reserved communication channel that providesRISK GROUP INTERNATIONAL SASto its clients in order to independently manage the complaints received through the telephone line, WhatsApp web form or email; allowing customers, suppliers, employees and the general public to confidentially and anonymously report any irregular behavior that may lead to a breach of policies for the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, transnational bribery or corruption that have the company stipulated; allowing timely preventive and/or corrective measures to be taken, avoiding the materialization of risks that have a legal, reputational and operational impact on the organization.
